The Charter of Services aims to be a method of communication with customers that makes the service provided ever increasingly efficient.
During the past few years we have achieved good results in terms of road safety and service quality and we would like to confirm our commitment in continuing in this direction.
A programme of infrastructural works is underway, which once completed, will enable us to ensure increased levels of road safety and meet the growing demand for mobility, whilst also ensuring the lowest possible environmental and territorial impact of our sections of motorway.
