NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS

Statements of unpaid toll issued by the following companies can be paid directly at the Courtesy Points and toll booths managed by Milano Serravalle-Milano Tangenziali S.p.A.:

What is an unpaid toll statement?

An unpaid toll statement occurs when the toll fee (due by law) is not fully paid or is only paid in part. Each statement of unpaid toll (please look at the yellow box NUMERO TESSERA O MANCATO PAGAMENTO) contains a 10-digit reference number, vehicle data, journey data (date, time, entry toll gate and exit toll gate) and the amount to be paid.

How to pay?

The unpaid toll can be paid without additional charges within 15 days of the date of issue. Following this period, extra Euro 2.58 charge will be added to the amount to be paid as administration fees (Art. 176/11 bis of the Italian Highways Code).

If the charge continues to be unpaid, legal proceedings for the debt recovery will be activated and automatically additional charges will be incurred to the debtor (Art. 373 Highways Regulations).

  •         ON LINE payment

  •         Bank transfer IBAN IT 14 U 07601 01600 000040999203, BIC/SWIFT BPPIITRRXXX,  indicating as the reason for the payment the vehicle plate number and number of unpaid toll statement (the 10-digit reference number at the bottom right of the unpaid toll statement)

  •         At all post offices located in Italy, by paying the amount due to Milano Serravalle-Milano Tangenziali S.p.A., current account n°40999203, indicating as the reason for the payment the vehicle plate number and number of unpaid toll statement (the 10-digit reference number at the bottom right of the unpaid toll statement)

  •          Cash, credit card, bancomat at the Courtesy Points managed by Milano Serravalle-Milano Tangenziali S.p.A. (every day 7:00-20:00). Click HERE to find the nearest Courtesy Points with opening times.

  •          Only cash at the administrative offices of the company headquarters in via del Bosco Rinnovato 4/A in Assago (from Monday to Friday: 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00)

Issue of unpaid toll statement without entry ticket

In this case it is necessary to make a self-certification declaration of which toll gate was used to enter the highway in order to calculate the corresponding toll amount to be paid.

In particular, you are asked to declare the real entry and the effective motorway stretch travelled on and not the stretch usually shown on the unpaid toll statement which is calculated by identifying the farthest motorway entrance station, as stipulated by code 888 as prescribed by art. 176/16 of the Italian Highway Code.

Issue of unpaid toll statement for Telepass user

Also Telepass user could get into issue of unpaid toll statement, in this case it is necessary to fill in this form in order to regularize the payment.
